Yamaha PG1 Riding Experience 2024 (a twist & go dual purpose scooter with 4 gears)

Best things that I can highlight on PG1:
1. Awesome suspension front and rear, can tackle speed bumps with ease!
2. Great handling for a small cc bike! Can take corners very well! The tyres are awesome too, grippy!
3. Good fuel storage, around 5.1 liter & good milage too, can go up until 300 kilometers for one full tank!
4. Accessories are easy to find especially online like Shopee, sellers are most from Thailand & Vietnam. Price is very reasonable too!
5. Engine oil not reaching 1 liter, only 800 ml, like a 2 strokes motorcycle!
6. Parts are easily available almost everywhere! Same engine as Yamaha Legend 115fi & Yamaha EZ115, truly convenience!
7. Not as tall as I expected, just nice! I think my honda RS150 is much taller especially on the pillion seat.
8. Braking ability is superb rear & front!
9. Love the simple meter! Just nice & enough!

Things not in favour (for me at least):
1. Maximum speed is around 90 km/h only as I was expecting at least 100. I do need to do something about this! However at 80 km/h it feels good already & so far that's all I need!
2. Hard seat, well I'm used to RS150 with the same hard ass seat but I'm expecting the seat for PG1 much softer.
3. No tool kit bag provided for a 9K price tag, no manual book too.

Not a fast bike but definitely a very fun one! Just the nice speed with awesome handling & riding feeling!

A simple riding session with my father in law. He's riding my honda RS150!

Different handlebar, different feelings it gave especially on handling & riding in standing position! I'm getting more and more excited riding this bike! Loving it!

Put some accessories on it like the back rack (to put the top box definitely), centre rack, headlight rack & change the side mirror to a more flexible one! This was before I replaced the handle bar to a taller, lighter & wider!

My brother tried it & immediately loves it! Ask me if I'm free to accompany him giving deposit to the bike store I bought the PG1 from & finally he banked in some amount of money & the only thing that he can do now is to wait for the bike to come! Seeing is believing! He's getting the dark green one!

My first 3 pillions! This is the first day I got the bike, (all dead stock) on early November 2024 the Monday! Believe it or not I might be one of the first owner of this awesome bike in Kuching area during that time!
