It's a limited edition version, 10 years Anniversary Edition to be exact, 2005- 2015. There's a special decal embedded on the tank of this bike to show the statement. It's a K3 model, meaning to say it's the 3rd model of KSR, K1 I believe a 2 strokes one available only in Japanese market long time ago, the K2 is the first one introduced to Asian especially Malaysian market & the model stop at K3, no other model number coming up after the K3. Differences mostly on the design of the cover set kit, also the rims. On the engine I believe they are the same on K2 & K3 model but not especially the 2 strokes K1 model. Tank is around 7 liters which is awesomely good, normally when I put the fuel to full I can use it for 5 days to work back & forth plus sending & taking my kid to & from school.
I got the bike 2nd hand from a Chinese guy in Sibu in 2020 or 2021 after I sold my Kawasaki Dtracker X 250 (the one that I used for Sabah Ride in 2012/13). The original looks + taller handlebar, taller rear shock, additional extensions on front forks, motocross footrests, new motocross grips. 12 the inches rear & front rims with on road tyres. KSR to me is a very good bike, with standard engine it can reach up to 105 km/j which to me is more than enough considering the engine capacity is 110cc. This bike is using carburetor, just imagine if it's using fuel injection, the fuel is going to be more saving & definitely can ride for one really long route!
Me with the height of around 165 cm sitting on the bike, just nice! Suspensions are great too after some adjustments! (change rear to YSS brand & extend front to 2 inches long extension) The front tyre is thinner before which gives heavy bumpy feeling offroad & it hurt my arms.
