My First Love BKZ TT160

Back in January 2009, this was my first love of scrambling or dirt biking. I bought it long way from home that is in Semenanjung/ Peninsular Malaysia at BKZ Puchong since during that time there were few bike brand that come out with scrambler bike and if there was for example Yamaha DT125, it would cost me RM23K just to ride one. Well, I can only afford this since the price is just around 11K and I glad I did ride it back 3-4 years ago.
The first ROCKSTAR back in 2009-2010, during that time ROCKSTAR ENERGY DRINK wasn't very famous like it did these years. I can proudly consider myself as the first person to come out with that concept (since this is the first one of its kind supermoto in Kuching)

Extra large rear disc-plate brake!
matte is the new metallic!!

Same bike, just the different concept and that's it. This was before I handed it over to the new proud owner that bought it for 11K. It was Mr Anas from Beladin.

Padawan Rumble in the Jungle

Padawan area serves some good jungle trails for those who loves to dodge big trees roots. The trails took us to ride our bike into small path that was meant for villagers nearby to walk to their crops. It was a comfy ride because we are sheltered by big trees and soothing jungle. I've been there for my second time and it's been very nice to meet new friends from that area.

Malaysian version of 'happy tree friends'

the valley, one part of the trails
the path was very narrow that the bike has to lean against the wall on the right

Demak DTM 150

Demak DTM 150 is the third production of Demak scrambler line after DMX 150 and DMXR 150 and in my personal opinion DTM is the most popular demand of the Demak’s line. The first time I saw DTM I was seriously amazed and I was thinking why this bike isn’t there when I bought the BKZ TT160 long time ago? If it was out for selling in January 2009 I would be the first proud owner of that staggering bike. People say it was a copy of KTM famous motocross and I say that the people are right, it is a copy of KTM and it is a really nice bike especially in term of the design. By the time DTM was out for selling, supermoto was and still now the most famous concept. Therefore Demak has taken serious shit towards the supermoto madness and comes out with the idea of DTM with supermoto concept as the stock specifications. Yes, let me say it again that it is a nice bike with that supermoto madness concept and it is also nice when converted to trail or tracks machine.

motard goes wild and nasty in the mud!
thumbs up trail!
remains 17",only the tyres are changed to trail tyres front and rear.

Bukit Tinggi Trail, Kampung Kangka

Bukit Tinggi/ Selengguk is the trail that not to be missed if you are one true rider. It is situated somewhere between Lundu and Kuching city that require you to use Sampadi road. It is known as Bukit Tinggi because it is indeed a very high and steep hill climb. The word "tinggi" clearly means high or tall. At the starting point alone you need to put your maximum riding skill to test because it's going to be a rough, high and steep ride. That's where most riders find difficulties when someone start stucking in the middle of the rumble to the top, to the higher and safer ground.

 yes, it is steep!

 Izat is stucking
Pak Din is struggling while holding his machine tight.

Biju is waiting for his turn

Jep (blue, black, white jersey with backpack) that can't make it to the top, not even to the half of the hills because of his clutch- lining slip problems. Anyway we salute you Jep because you're the only supermoto rider that is willing to take the Selengguk challenge even though you knew it was impossible. With rider spirit within you, there's no trail can be considered as impossible. "In Dirt We Must!!"
